Low pressure fitness, or hypopressives, is a method that combines breathing with the contraction of abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. They are performed in expiratory apnea, which is why they are recommended for pelvic floor injury recovery, postpartum recovery, prolapses, abdominal diastasis, and pelvic and abdominal strengthening.
Our hypopressive classes are limited to a maximum of 4 people per group in order to provide quality, personalised service and ensure the correct execution of the exercises. Classes last for 55 minutes, and you can choose to attend 1 or 2 days per week.
The physiotherapist leading the classes will conduct an initial assessment lasting approximately 30 minutes to assess the patient’s health status, medical history, and the ability to contract pelvic floor muscles.
